Let me say right up front I am not a webmaster by any stretch of the imagination. For those that are ... I have renewed levels of respect......
On Tuesday, May 1, 2012 we will continue to develop the Environmental Hygiene section in Primary Production including production site location and animal and human activity. As time permits we will begin to review water use in Hygienic Primary Production of Cantaloupes. Please review these sections in the document for the next webinar. Third Developmental Webinar Scheduled - Session 4

On Tuesday, April 24, 2012 we will continue to develop cantaloupe specific food safety guidance. Using the Draft Codex Annex for melons, we will review changes made based on last week’s discussion and finish our review of the supply chain flow diagram, and then begin discussions on the best practices that are appropriate for primary production including production site location and animal and human activity.
Second Developmental Webinar Scheduled - Session 3

Webinar Series Starts Monday April 2
